The Saturday Competition is the club’s main weekly event — this time the format is 18-hole Match Play played under official club handicaps. Match Play focuses on winning individual holes rather than total strokes, creating a strategic and exciting head-to-head contest where every hole is a fresh opportunity.
Players compete in a friendly yet competitive atmosphere, taking on an opponent hole by hole. It’s a great way to test match strategy, build confidence under pressure, and enjoy the social side of club golf while still playing for a meaningful result.
Open to all members. Tee times begin early — simply turn up on the day and take part in one of the club’s most popular weekly competitions.
