Hole 14

Hole Description

Beginning just before the bend of the 5th fairway, this left-turning dogleg sets up a straight run toward a domed green once you’re around the corner. Club selection off the tee is key.

Playing Notes

Shorter hitters can benefit from a controlled tee shot to the far edge of the corner, favouring the right-centre of the fairway for the best view of the green.

Long hitters may take on the corner with a draw or go directly over the trees — but the fairway is further out than it appears, and many find rough when expecting fairway.

A slice may finish all the way on the 16th fairway, which still leaves a route back.

With the domed green, avoid excessive forward momentum on approach or the ball will skip through into the rough.
