Hole Description
A tree-lined par 4 that rewards accuracy from the tee. It plays straighter than it looks, but the fairway bush has a reputation for swallowing golf balls. With the right line and a steady approach, this hole can yield a solid score.
Playing Notes
The tee aims slightly differently to the fairway’s line, so take care to align correctly. Longer hitters risk drifting left into the trees, while a big slice can spill onto the 8th fairway, leaving a difficult return shot over the timber. A short pull left is often a lost ball; a longer, softer left shot is usually findable.
Approaching the green, the safe miss is short or slightly right. Left leaves you in a shallow bunker and long brings the bush quickly into play.
